I choose projects that ask the audience to reflect on their community, family and society, and think about making change, or to ponder why they won't or can't change. I want audiences to laugh, cry, stand up, shout, because that is what I want when I see a play, and it's the actor's responsibilty to make them hear and see what the character needs and to care deeply.
